That is unfortunate for you at such a young age. Here is a program that will help you to get those pounds off quickly along with some exercises you can do to get you going on the right road. Letting go of some weight will help your overall well being and should help all your health issues. One of the things that is good to do for IBS is to gently massage in an upward movement from the base of you tummy this helps to empty the pockets in your large intestine and eases the pain. Diet wise discontinue the use of wheat-gluten products as well as dairy. Avoid carbonated beverages, fried and spicy food, alcohol and tobacco. On a psychological level IBS is often about trust, being overwhelmed, afraid of doing something wrong and knowing that you matter. If you want to explore this aspect further then look up www.thetahealing.com and find a healer near you. The diet exercise program can be found here Elite Weight Loss Package http://bit.ly/u1bEkx

Technically, IBS is not caused by obesity, but the food choices you make, your general health and exercise routine do – so they are linked. GERD had been linked to obesity, but again it is more likely because it’s caused by general health, your food choices and your lifestyle. Obesity, reflux and IBS are all symptoms of poor health caused by bad food and lifestyle choices - are can cause further serious health problems. If you improve your diet and exercise all three will improve. Improve your diet by cutting out refined foods, simple carbohydrates, sugar, salt, saturated fat, and increasing your fluid (water intake) fibre and fresh vegetable and fruit. I’m sure you know what foods are bad – avoid chips, cakes, fast food, pastries, soda etc.– anything you can’t see the original raw unrefined ingredients in. Also reduce your general calorie consumption and get some exercise and drink plenty of water to get everything moving. This is basic stuff. When you start use natural fibre like in brawn rice, beans and veg – as very high fibre like bran can be too hard on the digestive system. Also be aware some foods are more likely to provoke IBS, they are dairy, wheat, and bran cereals, amongst others. Pay attentions to your body because you could have a sensitivity or allergy to some foods that cause IBS. If you notice your always sick after having something, then avoid it. The only way to lose weight is by burning more calories than you consume – so reduce your calorie intake and increase your exercise, until you burn more than you eat. I don’t know how long it will take you to lose weight – it depends how hard you work out and how many calories you consume. Generally losing weight is not a quick fix – it should be a total and permanent lifestyle change to commit to being healthier and fitter. It is hard and may take a year or more, but it worth it, good luck.
